Intelect were contracted by long term client, KP Snacks to develop a re-circulation line to support the factory during peak periods of production.
Both Intelect’s mechanical and electrical departments worked together to deliver the project successfully, pre-assembling the line off site at our state-of-the-art workshop, before installing it on the clients site. This ensured less down time for the client, resulting in better efficiencies during the install and commissioning stage, as production wasn’t hugely affected.
The project provided a total turnkey solution for the client, and despite despite reduced areas of space for operations due to the location of the new line, the team worked well to deliver the project ahead of schedule and to the clients expectations.
