Intelect is investing in a sustainable future. As part of our corporate objectives we have a number of programmes underway to help us deliver operations that are more sustainable and of a lower impact.

We are signatories to the UN Global Compact, the world’s largest corporate sustainability initiative, meaning that we have committed to supporting its ten principles, which includes anti-corruption measures.
We are committed to acting ethically and with integrity in all our business dealings and relationships and to implementing and enforcing effective systems and controls to ensure that any form of slavery is not taken place in our own business or supply chain.
At Intelect we recognise the purpose of this policy and our duties under the Equality Act 2010 to prevent discrimination and to establish, promote and maintain the mental health and wellbeing of all staff, and subcontractors, through workplace practices. Intelect encourage all employees to speak about their mental health openly, with the aid of in-house support via our mental health champions, and external partnerships with the Lighthouse Charity and the Samaritans.
