Intelect Expands Capabilities with New Purpose-Built Warehouse Facility

Intelect is proud to announce the opening of a new, purpose-built warehouse at its 3.75-acre premises on Riverside Park in Middlesbrough, marking a significant investment in the company’s ongoing growth and commitment to customer support.

The new facility, spanning over 700m² with a 6-metre internal height, has been designed to provide flexible, secure and high-capacity space to meet the evolving needs of customers across a range of industries.

This expansion strengthens Intelect’s ability to support projects at every stage. Whether customers need to store machinery ahead of a major deployment, conduct a full Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), or carry out functional and performance testing, the new warehouse provides a controlled, accessible environment to do so efficiently.

The facility is securely monitored 24 hours a day, ensuring a safe and protected environment for all stored equipment and ongoing project activity, while still offering the flexibility required to support customer operations.

 

This latest investment not only enhances Intelect’s service offering but also broadens its capabilities as a business. By providing additional space and infrastructure, Intelect is now better positioned to accommodate larger, more complex projects while continuing to deliver the high standards of quality and reliability its customers expect.
