Our People
We are passionate about the support and development of our award-winning workforce.
For over 20 years, apprenticeships have been at the heart of our workforce, and have been a catalyst for our growth. We continue to invest not only in our apprentices, but also our existing staff, who want to further their knowledge and experience.
As well as supporting our own workforce, we strive to inspire students from the surrounding areas in which we operate, offering work experience opportunities where we can, as well as working with important charities such as the High Tide Foundation.
